The USS Capricornus (AKA-57/LKA-57) was an Andromeda class attack cargo ship originally commissioned during World War II and later served through the Cold War era. Military ship Zippos like this were commonly carried by sailors and purchased through ship stores, PX exchanges, or deployment commemorative.

Condition: Shows authentic vintage wear including scratches, finish loss, darkened brass patina, edge wear, and age related marks consistent with an original carried military Zippo. Lid has solid vintage character and the lighter sparks.
