This is a GUNTO koshirae　of the 
former Japanese Army. 
It was made at the time of the war.

No blades. woodden.

The scabbard is made of iron. The other metal parts
     are probably made of copper or brass because
     the magnets did not stick to them. Officer sageo 
    is also attached, although the color has largely faded.
