Beautiful porcelain handled cake plate that has pink and red poppies surrounded with a lusterware magenta border and gold accents.  The open handles and scalloped ruffled edges are characteristic of high-quality Bavarian and Prussian porcelain for that era. (1890-1920).  It is in good condition with no cracks, chips or crazing.
