CEILING LIGHT LARGE FRENCH CLASSICISM BRASS CHANDELIER – 8 LIGHTS

Offered is this magnificent French chandelier with 8 lights, inspired by the elegant decorative language of late 18th century Classicism and Empire design. The entire fixture is crafted from massive solid brass and has an impressive heavy weight of approximately 35 kg, reflecting the exceptional quality and substance of the chandelier.

In my opinion, this chandelier is an extraordinarily luxurious and noble piece with a very authentic palace-like appearance. The richly chased acanthus leaves, laurel garlands, and finely sculpted ornaments create a highly sophisticated classical elegance. Especially remarkable are the rare sculptural female mascarons around the central body, giving the chandelier a prestigious and almost museum-quality character.

The gracefully curved arms have beautiful proportions and the original wax-cardboard candle sleeves with stucco wax drops add an especially charming old-world atmosphere. The chandelier combines grandeur with refinement and would fit beautifully into elegant classic interiors, historic apartments, salons, dining rooms, entrance halls, or luxurious boutiques.

The massive central column is composed of multiple decorative segments and ends with a large ornamental finial. Together with the impressive chain construction and detailed canopy, the chandelier has a very architectural and stately appearance.

All chandeliers are professionally cleaned and carefully inspected. Restoration work is carried out when necessary to preserve the original character and quality.

The chandeliers are in very good condition.

Standard screw socket bulbs can be used, including LED, energy-saving or halogen bulbs (according to the socket type stated in the listing).

The electrics are suitable for worldwide use. After purchase, I will gladly provide country-specific information if required.

For safety reasons, all chandeliers and lamps should be installed by a qualified electrician.
