Q: Why does it prompt that the email address is already registered?
A: 1. Check if this account is already registered on another TOPDON device. If you have already registered, just log in to the corresponding account. If you forgot your account, provide the SN and purchase voucher for the product to the after-sales service.
   2. If no other devices are bound, please contact TOPDON technical support.

Q: Why does it prompt that the device is bound to another account?
A: 1. Please choose the correct account to log in. (Note: One device can only be bound to one account)
    2. If you forget the account bound to the device, please provide SN to TOPDON technical support.

Q: Why does it prompt an error when logging in to the RLink Platform?
A: 1. Check the network status.
    2.Check whether there is any software update.

Q: Why does it prompt that the device is not connected and cannot be bound?
A: 1. Check whether the account logged in to the RLink Platform is consistent with the account bound to the RLink J2534.
    2. Check whether the vehicle or power supply is connected. (When binding, the vehicle or power supply must be connected. Otherwise, the Bind and Activate interface will not be displayed.)

Q: The device is connected to the vehicle properly, but the RLink Platform prompts that the device is not connected. How to solve it?
A: 1. It is recommended to restart the RLink Platform software.
    2.Check whether the driver is occupied by other similar products.

Q: The devices are connected properly, but the OEM software still cannot recognize the VIN code. How to solve it?
A: 1. Check whether the ignition switch is on.
    2. Check whether the software driver is downloaded or the driver is selected correctly. (if there is another driver, uninstall it and try again.)
    3. Check whether the RLink diagnostic VCI box is selected in the OEM software.
    4. Check whether there is any software update for the RLink Platform.
    5. If the above faults are eliminated, it is recommended to restart the OEM software (Connection bug sometimes may occur in     the OEM software.)

Please contact us firstly when you need warranty service. In case an item arrives faulty, please contact us in 30 days and keep it unused. We will instruct you on how to return and get refund or replacement. If after 30 days, or the item has been used, we have the rights to decline your claim. Items should be returned on buyers’ cost for repair or replacement.

Most orders placed by 1PM eastern time, Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmed. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Notice: For USA Buyer, we have warehouse located in Kentucky, Los Angeles & New Jersey etc. (East Side & West Side of USA).

    Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 business days.

2. Generally, parcel will be shipped from the nearest warehouse according to buyers' eBay address in the paid ORDER.
