This is a vintage Lucite bangle bracelet with a cream-colored background and a round shape. It features a wide-eyed peacock feather. The bangle measures 3 inches wide and fits 8" wrists. Please look closely at the pictures. There is some color fading, but it's small and doesn't detract from the amazing design. The green and blue of the feather really make it pop.  Pre-loved condition!
