This Dell 960GB M.2 NVMe SSD provides compact solid state storage for compatible Dell servers, workstations, and boot storage configurations. With an NVMe PCIe interface and 80mm M.2 form factor, it is commonly uséd for operating system storage, embedded boot devices, application storage, or other configurations where a small internal SSD is preferred over front-bay drive storage.
M.2 NVMe drives are often uséd in systems with supported onboard M.2 slots or Dell boot storage adapters, including BOSS-style configurations where the OS or hypervisor is kept separate from primary data drives. Compatibility depends on the system model, M.2 slot or adapter support, NVMe compatibility, drive length support, and the intended boot or storage configuration.

Shipping
- Shipping costs listed are to the 48 contiguous US states.
- Due to shipper restrictions, we can only deliver to street addresses — no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Most orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received and checks have cleared.
- Orders with software can require an additional 3â5 business days (6â8 business days total).
- We process orders MondayâFriday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. No processing on weekends or holidays.
- Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3â7 business days from date of shipment. We must have your telephone number to provide to the shipping company before we ship.
