The seller is offering a very rare original Kodachrome slide of the US-flag American Oil Co T2-type tanker AMOCO NEW YORK (ex-PAN-NEW YORK, 46-56, ex-BRANDY STATION, 43-46) as shown while in US waters in December 1965. She was sold out of the Fleet in 1978. This remarkable sharp sunny view was taken from shoreside with a 35mm SLR camera using a high quality 50mm standard lens. I can attest that this slide is devoid of marks, scratches and blemishes as well as to its high quality, much better than this low resolution scan.
