The seller is offering a very rare original Kodachrome slide of the US-flag 1945-built Victory type cargo ship DUKE VICTORY as shown while on her way to scrap in African waters in august 1994. She was sold out of the Fleet in 1994. This remarkable sharp sunny view was taken from shoreside with a 35mm SLR camera using a high quality 50mm standard lens. I can attest that this slide is devoid of marks, scratches and blemishes as well as to its high quality, much better than this low resolution scan.
