2. The oil in the crankcase should be stopped and replaced. The oil should be replaced once in the first week of the new machine, and every 500 hours (after shutdown) thereafter.
3. Regularly inspect all components to prevent oil and gas leakage.
4. Conduct comprehensive maintenance on the machine once a year, clean the air valve, remove oil and carbon deposits, and inspect the valve plate.
5. If the machine has been shut down for more than a year, it should be cleaned and the oil level checked before use for rust prevention and blowing.
