We are not sure if this is a Verdalite lamp.  The base looks exactly like a few we've seen as does the shade on earlier lamps but we cannot find a stamp or label saying who made it. 

CONDITION: some wear spotting and discoloration on the metal, two small chips on the glass shade (both edge chips and one is almost invisible and hard to capture in photos)
