Beautiful vintage Chinese black porcelain teapot with intricate floral decoration, complete with original woven wicker carry basket / cozy with a colourful vivid cushioned interior moulded for the pot.

This is a hard to come by teapot to find complete with its basket cozy.

The pot has a bamboo-style handle. Marked “Made in China” to the base. Features colourful hand-decorated floral patterns throughout with matching lid and unusual cylindrical form. A very decorative display piece with strong oriental / chinoiserie styling.
