This is a genuine OEM Cutter Body for the world-renowned Steiner Autofacer automatic back counterboring / back spotfacing system. The Cutter Body is the precision-machined main tool shaft that houses the internal clutch, pivot pin, activating rod, and folding cutter blade (blade sold separately). It allows the tool to pass through a pilot hole, automatically deploy the blade on the backside of the workpiece, and machine counterbores, spotfaces, chamfers, radii, or combination features without flipping the part.
