Application

How to Use

  • Lock the lift plate to the shaft leg at the desired bend height.
  • Grasp the tool by the handle and slide it onto the edge of the material. Ensure that the material fits snugly against the bottom of the tool V-shaped roller assembly.
  • Gradually apply bending pressure while rolling the tool along the edge of the material each time bending the material upwards by approximately 10-20°. For a 90° bend, you should plan to have the tool run back and forth at least 5 to 8 times.
  • Allow the outer set of rollers to slide off the bend as you reach the end of the material and then reverse direction. This will produce a more uniform bend.
