Vintage 60's-70's black ribbed turtleneck top by Act lll. This sleeveless top features a classic turtleneck design that can be rolled down for a chic mock neck look. Its sleek back zip closure adds a touch of sophistication. Made from a quality blend of 55% Dacron Polyester and 45% Wool, this top has a nice weight and feel to it. Great piece for layering or wearing alone.

There is no care tag, but I washed the item by hand and hung to dry to be safe.
