Description: The Unofficial Sony Shoot & Gun Bundle has been RECONDITIONED to the highest standard, and shall be supplied in a well-chosen (albeit generic) box without instructions or manual. Please refer to the listing photos and condition description for more detail. 

Precautions: The Seller requires the Buyer's full legal name and the residential address of the Buyer to be given with the order. Incorrect, incomplete or falsified information given to the Seller shall invalidate the order, and may (likely) be asserted (by the Seller) as fraud. Purchasing this item forms an agreement with the terms (applied) to the sale, and thereby a contract of sale is made when purchasing this item (with these terms applied). 

Verification: The Buyer must provide valid proof of name and address on request. Orders may be cancelled, or held as invalid by the Seller pending this Buyer verification step. 

Failure to respond to the Seller, or provide the requested evidence to the Seller, shall remain the fault of the Buyer. Where, further action may (likely) be taken on registrant(s) of the property(s) used if a Buyer fails, or defaults on the verification step applied to this sale. 

Claims: All merchant claims are legally binding. Claims by unverified and underage Buyers are treated as illegitimate, and may (likely) instigate legal action. Where, such instigation shall substitute the order, and is valued in excess of the total amount paid. False and incorrectly filed claims shall also likely invalidate the claim(s) made, and with it any good reason.
