Terms:

Buyers must be verified, and have given valid details at the time of sale. Orders may be cancelled and/or Buyers reported for providing; false, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, this including the Buyer's full legal name and residential address.

The Seller subscribes to property and name search databases to check order details before dispatch. Where fraud is evident, the reporting of fraud (to the Police), and the instigation of legal action on the property(s) involved shall substitute the goods (and their full value). If you have any concerns about verification, please contact the Seller before purchase, and thereby agreeing to this condition of verification (and the consequences implied by disagreement).

Claims: All merchant claims are legally binding. Claims by unverified and underage Buyers are treated as illegitimate, and may (likely) instigate legal action. Where, such instigation shall substitute the order, and is valued in excess of the total amount paid. False and incorrectly filed claims shall also likely invalidate the claim(s) made, and with it any good reason.

Returns: Returns are NOT accepted in this listing. Please contact the Seller to request return to be added to this, or a new listing if this is required (and prior to purchasing with these conditions applied). Noting, a false claim to return may lead to action against the Buyer or the real registrant of the address (used for delivery).
