This is a JNR (Japanese National Railways) work cap from June, Showa 59 (June, 1984). To my understanding, these caps are still in use within the JNR.
The label has a Hanko (signature stamp) and the name 平野晴己 (Hirano Haruki) stamped onto it.
This cap has some wear on it. The band is a bit misshapen due to storage and shipping (easily fixed if you fit it onto something), the paint on the eyelets on the rear of the cap (for the string) has some of its paint coming off, the red ribbon sewn into the band has been cut and is badly fraying.
Please note that there may be other marks or stains or signs of wear that I was unable to see myself or are included in the photos, so please look closely at the photos provided, and if you want another photo of a specific area please ask.
I am willing to combine items into one package, but please ask before ordering.
If you have any questions or inquires, please ask.
