2 used  STAINLESS Steel Exhaust Transom outlet tips 3"  with rubber Flappers , see pictures.  Heavy duty fixed 3" exhaust tips for  older boats and yachts. They were removed from a 1984 Ski Nautique 2001 boat.  Have been painted.  Good usable condition no bends. They have some fresh water discoloration , see pictures .
