This is an Aria Pro II TA-500.
It appears to be a Japanese vintage instrument manufactured in 1989 by Tokai Gakki, the year after the Matsumoku factory closed.
Despite being an entry-level model, it features an all-mahogany top, sides, and back, and despite its small body, it has a solid hollow feel.
There is no significant warping or fret wear.
