Why did the screen receive smaller than expected?
Because we are 10 inch monitor, 10 inch is the size of the diagonal of the monitor, not the length or width of the monitor.
How to connect to have touch function?
The monitor connects to the power cable for power, connects to an HDMI or VGA cable to provide a signal, and then connects to our USB cable to your device (don't connect it elsewhere)
Is the touch compatible with iOS?
No, it doesn't.
Why doesn't the touch work?

1.Ensure correct connections: power, HDMI/VGA, and USB (touch) cables. The touch cable must connect directly to your device—no converters.
2.iOS does not support touch.
3.Touch function works only with HDMI or VGA signals.
How do the speakers sound?
The built-in speakers are 2W x 2. HDMI connections will play sound directly, while VGA connections require external speakers for audio.
