Barry Allen and Officer Frank Curtis have Melanie use her ESP powers to help them find the thug who dosed Barry with angel dust. They do find him, but only to see him killed by a bomb. Later, the Flash finds himself on the same side as Heat Wave, who was also victimized by the insane Clive Yorkin.
