You will need to sign for all of your packages, or they will be returned to sender, and will require additional shipping charges. Orders placed Friday and through the weekend will be processed Monday (excluding Holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information. We ship via UPS and FedEx and for small packages we us USPS. We only ship to a confirmed PayPal shipping address. All Will Call orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for pickup from the showroom, including in showroom or parking lot orders. Local pickup is available upon request. A matching ID, which must correspond to the name on the PayPal payment, is mandatory for picking up items. Will Call orders will not be released and will be refused if the person and ID do not match the PayPal payment. Local pick up requires a 24hr processing time before pick up. We will notify you when the parts are ready for pick up. CONTACT US Messages via eBay are answered within 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays. WARRANTY All eBay purchases come with a 30-day warranty from the day you receive your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective or missing components, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
