Following user feedback on the CRF2020CEF series, Crossrock redesigned the mold with an enlarged interior cavity to accommodate a wider range of 4/4 full-size cello body proportions. If your instrument did not fit the previous generation, check the updated interior dimensions below before ordering.

· We offer FREE FedEx standard shipping on all orders!
· The itme will be shipped out within Two business days after we receive payment, usually sooner.
· We only ship to the lower 48 states, no APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes allowed.
· Local pickups and combined shipping options are not provided at this time.
Return Policy:
Enyu-Mussic wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase provided it meets the following criteria:
1.Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Products can only be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. You may be asked to email photos in the case of damage. Returns won't be accepted after 30 days from delivery for any reason.
2.Please Note: "Defect" listings otherwise know as open box or new with defects items have a different return policy than regular stock products. There are no returns on ?Defect? listings items. If you believe your item was damaged in shipping, you must contact Enyu-Mussic within 1 business days of delivery. The buyer is always responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 30% restocking fee if damage is not due to shipping. Keep in mind that "defect" listings stock products are a great way to get our deepest discounts on the gear you love. They may have been returned by other customers or used as displays and are moderately damaged (such as cracks, scratches, or dents). 3. At our discretion, non-defective returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective returns will only be accepted in resalable condition with original packaging.
4.Upon receipt of a return, we conduct a routine inspection prior to issuing a refund. Please note that the process can take up to five business days for the refund to be issued once we've received the return. If mailing an item back to us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the product returns to Enyu-Music without shipping damage. While not required, we encourage customers to consider purchasing insurance when shipping return items as we cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged due to shipping from customer back to Enyu-Music.
