Description
Offered here is an interesting antique Victorian-era group photograph mounted on thick card stock. The image features a group of men and women posed casually outside a brick building marked with the number “10” above the doorway.
This photo has wonderful period character, showing late 19th century to early 20th century clothing and hats, including straw boater hats, long dresses, aprons, and work attire. The relaxed poses and candid feel give the image a charming social-history quality that is often difficult to find in formal studio portraits.
