Grevillea thyrsoides is a low-growing native shrub celebrated for its unique grey-green, fern-like foliage and prominent deep pink to red "toothbrush" shaped flowers.

Form:

Spreading or prostrate evergreen shrub/groundcover.

Height & Width:

Typically grows 0.3–0.7m (1–2 ft) high and spreads 1–2m (3–6 ft) wide.

Foliage:

Fine, dissected, greyish-green leaves, giving a fern-like appearance.

Flowers:

Hairy, dusky pink to red, "toothbrush" shaped clusters (racemes) that are borne on long, trailing stalks which extend beyond the foliage.

Flowering Season:

August to November, but can flower intermittently throughout the year.
