1. Basic Information

This manual is for PLH‑VM3 dental implant motor, a Class II, Type B applied part for oral implant surgery.

2. Safety Instructions

Use only by specially trained implant dentists for patients aged 18–70.
Do not modify the device without manufacturer approval; avoid electromagnetic interference.
Continuous motor operation ≤ 30 seconds to prevent overheating.
Do not use with flammable anesthetic gases; not for patients with pacemakers, systemic diseases, poor bone quality, or anticoagulant/chemotherapy/radiotherapy treatment.
Control Unit and Foot Control cannot be sterilized; clean with damp cloth and after power off.

Water flow: 0–140 mL/min

5. Error Codes

E3: Motor not calibrated
Motor overheating
E6: System error
Solution: Turn off power, check, then restart.

6. Installation Steps

Connect foot pedal to the socket.
Install bottle hanger and hang saline bottle.
Connect power cord and motor handle.
Install irrigation tube properly.

7. Cleaning & Maintenance

Control Unit & Foot Control: Wipe with damp cloth + (no sterilization).
Motor Handle: Clean and disinfect with medical before/after use.
Storage: Cool, dry, ventilated place; −10–50°C, 10–85%RH; avoid toxic/corrosive/flammable items.
Service life: 5 years.
Long‑term storage: Power on for 5 minutes monthly.
