This power supply was removed from a working machine and is tested good. We have units with both part numbers.It is used in ANILAM CRUSADER 2 CNC systems for servo drive +/- 15 vdc bias power. Exchange of your original part is welcome and a core refund may be available if your part is in repairable condition.
