ATTENTION:  Due to Ebay's strict shipping time policy we have had to increase the stated handling time to prevent penalties.  All orders will ship in 4 business days providing we receive your lettering information at time of purchase.  Should there be a delay in trying to obtain your lettering information or in receiving a response to a requested proof this will delay shipment time which has caused us to mark all auctions as a 10 day handling time to allow for those instances.

Our 12 x 15 cherry vinyl perpetual plaque features a pewter color heavy resin oval basketball plate at the top with a black brass plate for your lettering information. 16 individual black brass tags allow you to record your past championship names and dates. Engraving on header plate, oval and 1st tag if you have it upon order, is included at no additional charge. Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at $2.00 each.  In future years you are welcome to mail in your next blank tag to have it engraved to match your previous tags for a uniform and professional appearance.  The cost is $7.00 and includes return mailing.  An instruction sheet will be included in your shipment.
