• When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage before installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP.
• You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition (we do not pay for return shipping.).  After we have received the package and the item is in a resalable condition, a full refund will be issued.
• All returns, cancellation shipping, and handling fees of all orders are non-refundable.
• No returns will be accepted if you contacted us after 15 days of receiving the item.
• Before any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via eBay message, please include item number, eBay user ID, specific description of damage/problem and clear explanation of your reason. If we authorized the return, customer will get an email with instructions for returning the item. (email will be replied within 48 hours, on business hours)
