If you return items then they must be returned in the same condition that it was shipped.

If an item had a box then the original box must be returned without damage
If the item has the original bag from the manufacturer then it must be returned undamaged.
Factory sealed items eligible for return will be accepted if still sealed
Factory sealed items returned open for any reason will be refunded 50% of the original purchase price
If the item like slippers are attached and in original bag. They must be returned in the same condition.
If the item is not returned in the same condition then we have the option of deducting fees up to 50%

All refunds with be less the original shipping. If an item is returned that had FREE SHIPPING, then the

original shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount. You will pay shipping for the return
