Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted where an item is damaged beyond economical repair.

Minor damage, such as detached wheels, wings, tails or other small components, does not qualify for a return, as these parts can usually be safely reattached with glue without causing further damage to the item.

In cases where there is other damage, please contact us to discuss the issue with us. Each case will be considered individually, and we will always do our best to find a suitable solution for our valued customers.

We take great care when packaging every purchase and make every effort to ensure items are securely protected during transit. However, the inner packaging may occasionally become knocked, creased or slightly damaged during transportation. Damage to the packaging itself will not be accepted as a reason for returning an item.
