• This is the Neo Premium File 2 promo from 2000, printed with the reverse foil pattern over the whole card face and the 1996 old back design (photos 1 and 3).
• Language: Japanese. One raw single card, not graded. Nothing else is included.

Condition

The card in the photos is the exact card you will receive. Photo 1 is the full front, photo 2 is a close-up of the top left of the front, and photo 3 is the full back. Please check all photos for condition.

• There is whitening along the edges of the front, heaviest on the left and the bottom edge, shown in photo 1.
• The back has whitening along the top and bottom edges and the corners are rounded with white showing, shown in photo 3.
• The back has surface scuffs and light marks across the blue area, shown in photo 3.
• The seller describes the card as having scratches and white chipping on both sides.
• This is a vintage collectible card. Small dents, creases, scratches or print marks that are hard to see in photos may be present, so please judge the condition by the photos.
