Up for sale is an incredibly charming, micro-miniature pair of antique/vintage 1920s-1930s Japanese celluloid Santa Claus figurines. These pocket-sized treasures stand at a tiny 1.5 inches tall and feature exceptional mold details for their size!

Each Santa features a unique pose: one stands forward-facing with a toy pack, while his counterpart is molded with a yellow toy sack slung over his shoulder. Both are beautifully detailed with molded texturing on their long red winter coats, boots, and full beards.

Details & Specifications:

• Era: Pre-War / Interwar Period (Circa 1920s-1930s)

• Material: Molded Thin Celluloid

• Height: Approximately 1.5 Inches (Micro Mini)

• Markings: Distinctly stamped and marked "JAPAN" on the back

• Quantity: Lot of 2 Micro Santas

Condition Notes (Please Review Carefully & See All Photos):

• Honest antique condition with great paint preservation for early miniatures.

• No crushing, punctures, or pinholes to the fragile hollow celluloid bodies.

• One Santa exhibits classic, age-related celluloid shrinkage and an unevenly shifted side seam, making him appear slightly shorter and causing minor distortion to his toy sack profile as shown in photos.

• Very minor age-appropriate paint wear and light oxidation. Both pieces sit nicely together.

These are the ultimate size for a vintage Putz village display, shadowbox, or miniature winter wonderland vignette!
