BRZRKR Bleeding Tide #1 Foil & Virgin Exclusive Set

BRZRKR: The Bleeding Tide #1 — Foil + Virgin Exclusive Set (Ltd 250) A two-book matched exclusive set for one of the most-watched modern indie launches of the post-Kickstarter era. BRZRKR — the brutalist immortal-warrior series co-created by Keanu Reeves, Matt Kindt and Ron Garney — kicked off in 2021 with one of the largest comic Kickstarter campaigns ever and has continued through ongoing universe expansions ever since. The Bleeding Tide sits inside that expanding continuity. The set bundles two distinct cover treatments by Ricardo López Ortiz: a premium foil variant with deep metallic finish and a virgin variant presenting the same artwork edge-to-edge without trade dress. Pairing them lets collectors anchor both the in-universe display copy (foil with logo) and the gallery-style copy (virgin) under a single Ltd 250 release. Co-produced with Collector Cartel × Frostymug Comics as a Shared Exclusive. Print is locked at 250 sets worldwide — printed exclusively for this release, no reprints, no restocks. Both books arrive brand-new, raw Near Mint, bagged and boarded. Key Details Title: BRZRKR: The Bleeding Tide Issue: #1 Publisher: BOOM! Foil and virgin variants paired together — the cleanest possible anchor position in any BRZRKR exclusive cover collection. Buyers pay one price for the matched pair rather than chasing each book separately at varying market levels. 250 sets worldwide. Hard-capped, no reprints. The foil + virgin pairing at this print level will never be reissued — buying the set now is buying the pair as a fixed historical record. Keanu Reeves IP. BRZRKR launched in March 2021 with a Kickstarter campaign that hit over $1.4M — at the time one of the largest comic crowdfunds ever — and has been in continuous transmedia expansion since: ongoing comics, novels, a Netflix live-action film and anime series in development with Reeves attached. Shared Exclusive pedigree. Co-produced by Collector Cartel and Frostymug Comics — multi-partner Shared Exclusives carry stronger long-term recognition than single-store exclusives because the variant is documented across multiple distributor channels.
