◈a, When using the pan for the first time, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil
to the surface and pre-heat slowly to season the pan.
◈b, After use, clean the pan with hot water and a soft cloth or stiff nylon
brush. Never clean the griddle pan in a dishwasher or use detergents to clean
it.
◈c, Towel dry immediately and apply a light coating of oil while still warm to
keep seasoned and prevent any rusting.
