A guitar capo, specifically a spring-loaded, quick-change model from Kyser.

Excellent condition. Everything pictured is included.

Purpose of the device
A capo is used by musicians to hold all strings at a specific fret on the guitar.
This allows: Quickly change the instrument's pitch without changing the fingering (fingering positions) of familiar chords. Adjust the pitch of the accompaniment to the vocalist's voice. Makes it easier for beginners to perform songs by eliminating the need to constantly hold down a heavy barre with their finger.
Design features in the photo
Spring clamp: allows you to instantly attach and remove the capo from the fretboard with one hand during a performance.
Rubber pads: protect the wood of the fretboard and frets from scratches, ensuring uniform pressure on the strings without rattling.
The top of the frame also contains a tuning key (or truss rod key), which is typically used to adjust the arch of a guitar neck or to tune the action of other stringed instruments.
