Before you buy:

• Departure airport: entry only within 3 hours before takeoff. Layovers? No time limit.

• If there's a sign saying no one-time passes, you won't get in — double-check first.

• Not valid at United Club Fly or Polaris lounges.

• Confirm with the front desk that they accept one-time passes. Once the code is issued, no refunds or exchanges.
