Condition: Original Gum (OG). This lot is a mix—approximately 4-5 stamps appear to be Mint Never Hinged (MNH) with smooth, undisturbed gum. The remainder are Mint Hinged (MH) with typical hinge marks or remnants.

Centering: Typical 1919 centering (Fine to F-VF). Some stamps show characteristic shifts toward the bottom/left perfs.
