Partsworth – Buyer Information and Terms
Professional used car parts • Inspected • Verified • Fast UK delivery
These buyer information terms apply to all purchases made through our online sales
channels. They explain how we handle used vehicle parts, inspections, returns and support.
1. Understanding used vehicle parts
Partsworth supplies genuine OEM used car parts removed from quality donor vehicles.
Each part is carefully inspected and function-tested where applicable, cleaned and prepared
for resale, and photographed clearly to show the exact item supplied. Because these are pre-owned
components, some cosmetic wear or signs of previous use may be present. We aim for
transparency, accuracy and value in every listing.
2. Partsworth identification mark
Most items carry a Partsworth ID and security mark to support accurate handling and
verification. It helps us identify the correct part during processing and keeps service fast and fair.
The ID mark is used during return inspections to verify the item. It does not override your buyer
rights or statutory rights.
3. 30-day returns
If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right with a
replacement or a refund.
To return an item, tell us your order number and what the issue is (photos help). Returned parts
must come back in the same condition, with all supplied components and the Partsworth ID mark intact.
Items listed as Spares or Repairs, Untested or For Parts are sold for component harvesting or
refurbishment, so they are non-returnable unless we sent the wrong item.
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and check the item.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
4. Compatibility and installation
The confirmed fit is the donor vehicle shown in the listing. Where we list "also fits", it is by shared part
number. The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase, and we're happy to
help: send us your vehicle registration and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
We recommend professional installation for components such as ECUs and electrical modules,
engines, gearboxes and turbos, and safety systems, airbags and hybrid components.
5. Delivery, tracking and dispatch
Every order ships with free tracked UK delivery, secure protective packaging and internal verification
before dispatch, normally 1 to 3 working days. If you report a missing, damaged or incorrect item,
we review all dispatch information to resolve it quickly and fairly.
6. Returns process
If a return is required, send the item back in the condition it was supplied, packaged securely to
avoid transit damage. The Partsworth ID mark, where present, helps us confirm the correct item
has been returned quickly. We process refunds promptly once the item is received and checked.
7. Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the item. We cannot cover labour, fitting or
programming costs, damage arising from incorrect installation, or vehicle downtime or loss of earnings.
8. Legal
All transactions comply with UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are fully protected.
Partsworth – trusted, tested, professional. Every part we supply is carefully handled, inspected and
dispatched with attention to detail. Parts worth your trust.
Partsworth – Returns Policy
Inspected OEM parts • Fast delivery • Trusted UK supplier
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our online sales channels. Our goal is a fair,
professional and transparent service for every customer.
1. 30-day returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us and open a return.
To help us process it efficiently, we may ask you for your order reference, a short description of
the issue, and photos or videos where relevant. Returned items may be inspected or tested as part
of the normal returns process.
2. Condition of returned items
When returning an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as originally supplied, includes
any components originally sent, is packaged securely to prevent transit damage, and has not been
dismantled, opened or altered after delivery. Where an item carries a Partsworth ID and security mark,
this helps us verify the part quickly during inspection.
3. If you believe you received the wrong item
If you think an incorrect item was received, we will review our internal packing and dispatch records,
pre-dispatch photos, and scan logs and order information. This helps us identify the correct part and
resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
4. Spares or repairs, untested and for-parts items
Items listed as Spares or Repairs, Faulty or Untested are sold specifically for refurbishment, diagnosis
or parts harvesting. They are clearly marked in the listing so you know exactly what you are purchasing,
and are non-returnable unless we sent the wrong item.
5. Return shipping
Unless the return is due to a Partsworth error, you are responsible for packaging the part securely and
ensuring it is protected during transit. If the return is a result of a listing error or an incorrect item supplied,
we cover the return postage.
6. Refunds and processing time
Refunds are issued once the item has been received and checked, through the original payment method.
Processing times can vary depending on courier return times and inspection. Our internal records
(photographs, ID marks, logs) help us verify items quickly and keep the process smooth.
7. Fair and transparent return handling
To keep things fair for every customer, we review the condition of the returned part, the presence of the
Partsworth ID mark where applicable, and any differences between the returned item and the part originally
supplied. This keeps returns consistent and accurate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Partsworth – professional, inspected and quality-assured used car parts. Every return is handled with
fairness, consistency and full transparency. Parts worth your trust.
