1977 Crazy Horse Saloon Paris program.
This specific program sheet provides an incredible look into a nightly performance at the Crazy Horse Saloon in 1977.
Several of the featured performers and creators listed on this sheet are legendary icons of European cabaret history:
- Rosa Fumetto (Act 7): Born Patrizia Novarini, she was one of the most celebrated stars of the Crazy Horse during this decade. Her performance of "E Pericoloso Sporgersi" (an Italian warning meaning "It is dangerous to lean out [of the window]") was a classic. She later transitioned into music, cinema, and famously became a pioneer of 1980s Europop.
- Lova Moor (Act 15): One of the most famous meneuses de revue (lead dancers) in the cabaret's history. She became a major superstar in France and eventually married Alain Bernardin, the founder of the Crazy Horse, in 1985.
- Georges Wolinski (Act 11): The creator behind "Scenario de Wolinski: My Neighbour is a Real Blond." Wolinski was a legendary French cartoonist and comic book writer who frequently collaborated with the cabaret to design sketches, themes, and satirical concepts for the shows.
- Señor Wences (Act 17): A world-famous ventriloquist who made frequent guest appearances at the venue to add a touch of variety, comedy, and international flair between the dance acts.
A real piece of Parisian burlesque history.
