This is a New and Undamaged and Unused Technique Silicone Cheesecake & Tart Set K13956 rev. 070828 from August 28, 2008. There is no damage to the silicone at all. The ceramic base interlocks with a groove inside the bottom of the silicone ring to form a leak-resistant seal. On the bottom of the ceramic base, I feel two small imperfections on the outer raised circle when I slide my finger along it. This has never been used. I no longer have the original manufactures box. The Technique Silicone Cheesecake & Tart Set will be shipped securely with a tracking number. If you have any questions, please ask before you buy.
