This is a black body with a maple neck.
I put a cutting sheet from A BATHING APE from the 90s on the pickguard lol.
"480 BOX 2125 NEW YORK, NY 10018" on the plate indicates the base that ESP had in New York in the early 1980s (ESP New York / 480 8th Ave P.O. Box 2125), and it can be seen that this is a valuable part/individual related to the Japan Vintage to early USA period, which was manufactured and assembled in Japan and America at the time.
