Antique Gorham sterling silver oyster forks in the No. 28 pattern, featuring an ornate Victorian design with shells, scrolls, and crosshatched details.

Both forks measure approximately 5 7/8 inches long and have a combined weight of 26.66 grams.

Marked STERLING with the Gorham maker's hallmark and pattern number 28. The backs of the handles feature beautiful script initials V.B. engraved between the dates 1865 and 1890, possibly commemorating a 25th wedding anniversary.

Both forks are in good antique condition with normal surface scratches and wear consistent with age and use. The decorative details remain nicely defined.
