Straight from the colourful, playful world of early-1990s Swatch, the JESS' RUSH SSB100 Stop-Watch is a wonderful example of the bold design and unconventional personality that made Swatch such a defining part of the era. With its vivid translucent green strap, contrasting multicoloured details and distinctive black dial, this 1992 model captures the energetic, irreverent spirit of early-1990s European fashion.

Condition and functionality

This particular example is presented in excellent vintage cosmetic condition and appears to have never been worn. The watch is clean, with the dial and crystal in good condition. The original strap shows no obvious signs of previous use, bending or damage, and the adjustment holes retain their original shape without visible damage from wear.

The original plastic strap has, however, developed some slight stiffness and a slightly sticky feel through natural ageing of the material. This is not caused by dirt or lack of cleanliness, but appears to be a characteristic of the ageing plastic itself. These characteristics are relatively minor, but are specifically disclosed so that buyers understand the condition of the original vintage materials.

The watch has been preserved in its original vintage condition. Beyond fitting a battery to confirm operation and handling it for product photography, we have not attempted any cleaning, restoration or alteration.

A battery has been fitted and the watch has been confirmed working. The stopwatch function has also been tested and operates when activated using the crown. The watch has been observed over approximately 24 hours and is keeping good time, although precise timekeeping accuracy has not been formally measured or guaranteed.

The battery compartment is clean, and the watch will be supplied with a fresh battery already fitted.

The original Swatch Stop-Watch presentation case is included and remains in good condition, without signs of damage.
