04 — OUR AUTHENTICATION
LUXINO is run by a team of authentication experts who were trained at specialized authentication institutions and have many years of hands-on experience with pre-owned luxury. Before any item is listed, it is inspected and authenticated by multiple officially registered authenticators in Korea — never on the judgment of a single person. Among the points our authenticators examine:
| i. | Materials — leather, canvas, nylon, fabric and lining |
| ii. | Stitching — count, spacing, evenness and thread |
| iii. | Hardware — zippers, clasps, engravings and finish |
| iv. | Logos, stamps & labels — fonts, spacing and placement |
| v. | Serial / date codes & tags — where the brand uses them |
| vi. | Overall workmanship — shape, proportions and construction |
We sell authentic items only.
OUR PROMISE
200%
Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind every item we sell. If any item is ever proven not authentic, we will refund 200% of the price. This promise has no time limit.
Each item ships with a LUXINO Authenticity Guarantee Card, issued by our in-house authentication team, as your written record of this promise.
This guarantee is in addition to your eBay buyer protection, which always applies in full.

05 — PHOTOS ON REQUEST — PLEASE ASK FREELY
We will gladly take any photo you would like to see before purchase: close-ups of any area, the interior and lining, hardware and zippers, labels, serial or date codes, corners and edges, stitching, or the item worn or next to a size reference. No request is too small, and there is never any obligation to buy — just send us a message and we will reply with photos of the actual item.
Because every detail can be checked in advance this way, condition details that could have been confirmed by requesting photos are not a reason for return.
06 — SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Your item ships from Korea by Korea Post EMS (international express, fully tracked) within 1 business day after payment (Korean weekends and public holidays excluded). Each item is packed carefully to protect it on its journey to you. Shipping is paid by the buyer, and the cost is shown at checkout.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility, unless eBay collects them at checkout. We always declare the actual sale price on the customs form.
07 — RETURNS & SUPPORT
We do not accept returns for a change of mind (for example size, fit, color preference, or no longer wanted), so please review the description and photos carefully and ask us anything before you buy. Condition details that could have been checked by requesting photos before purchase are not a reason for return. Every flaw we know of is disclosed above.
If the item you receive is not as described, please contact us first through eBay messages. We will look into it right away and resolve it with you. Your eBay buyer protection always applies.
