We accept all major payment methods available on eBay, including debit/credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Payments must clear before an order is shipped.

We aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible, next working day.

Orders are shipped with reliable couriers for tracked delivery.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, but tracking will be provided as soon as the parcel is collected.

Long items: Rods or oversized parcels may require a different courier service due to length restrictions — we’ll always use the best option available for safe delivery.

If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days in unused condition. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us first so we can help you with the return process.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know immediately and we’ll resolve the issue quickly — either by providing a replacement or offering a refund, whichever suits you best.

If you need help with an order, advice on tackle, or anything else, just drop us a message through eBay. We fish ourselves, so we know the gear and we’re always happy to help.
