Every card is a little different, and condition matters when you're collecting. Here's a general idea of what each condition means to us:
Near Mint (NM) — Very clean overall, with minimal signs of wear. Small imperfections, such as slight whitening on the corners or edges, tiny scratches, or a few small surface marks, may be present. Significant wear or damage is not expected.
Lightly Played (LP) — Some noticeable signs of handling, such as light scratches, surface scuffs, or whitening around the corners and edges. The card is still in good overall condition, with no significant damage.
Moderately Played (MP) — Noticeable wear, which may include heavier whitening, visible scratches, surface imperfections, or minor creases. The card may have several imperfections but remains intact.
Heavily Played (HP) — A lot of visible wear, such as extensive whitening, heavy scratches, creases, or significant surface damage. The card may have considerable cosmetic wear but remains intact.
Damaged (DMG) — Significant damage that affects the card's overall condition. This may include major bends or creases, tears, peeling, missing pieces, water damage, or other substantial defects.
We use a scanner to photograph our cards. Occasionally, this can leave streaks or lines in the images that aren't present on the actual card. These are scanning artifacts, not damage to the card.
