Up for bids is an early Markline convertible toy steam engine.  It can be made and changed into either a traction engine or a vertical or horizontal steam engine model.  I have not tried this engine but the engine does turn freely.  I do want to say upfront that the flywheel itself is bent and not the shaft.  I did measure the wobble and it does wobble aprox 1/4" side to side and I did take it off and looked at the shaft and it does turn straight.  It's just the flywheel, ive never seen one bent this bad without the shaft itself being bent so it will need a different flywheel or use as it is.   The governor does turn when the flywheel spins and everything does move freely.  The lubrication point to the valve area is missing its threaded cap.  There is one of the chains in place and a pin to lock the bottom of the burner in place and one of the chains is missing the chain and the pin, I'm guessing there would be one on each side.  I'm also including a Marklin wrench that came with the engine so I'm assuming it came with it originally so I will include it and all the filling funnels and accessory items in the pictures.  Please note that the flywheel itself is not straight and the flywheel itself is bend and I don't want anyone unhappy because its bent.  I did personally look at the shaft and it is straight.  For ease of shipping some of the engine will be taken apart to avoid any increased damage or issues so please be sure not to throw anything away.   Please see all pics its being sold as is where is please.  Starting it at .99 cents and letting it go to the highest bidder so good luck to all!  Going to set it up for $40 dollar shipping and refunding anything left over back to the buyer.
