Original owner's note (translated)

"Pokemon card, old back, Jigglypuff LV.12 HP50 No.039, one card. This is an old-back promo card distributed as a supplement of Monthly CoroCoro Comics. It came out when I was sorting my parents' house, a card I had kept since those days. Contents: Jigglypuff LV.12 HP50 No.039 x1, glossy. Condition: it was stored at my parents' house for a long time. Because it is an old card, there are scratches, scuffs, whitening, dirt and wear on the corners and edges. In particular, whitening, scuffs and line scratches can be seen on the back. Photos of both the front and the back are posted, so please check the condition in the photos first. Please be careful if you are looking for a beautiful or perfect copy. It will be shipped in a sleeve with protection against bending and water."
