Original owner's note (translated)

"This is Shining Mew LV.24 (No.151, holo version) given out as the bonus of the May issue of CoroCoro Comic. Old back, original item from that time. It was distributed only as a magazine bonus and was never printed again, so it is one of the most popular old back promo cards. Condition: stored by a private collector. There is white scuffing and rubbing wear on the back near the Monster Ball. The front also has wear along the edges from age. Please be sure to check the photos before purchasing. If there is a spot you are concerned about, leave a comment and I will take an additional photo. Packing and shipping: it will be shipped with protection against water and bending."
